The UK visitors have been widespread from all corners of England, Scotland, Ireland and Wales. Some come to sight see and others for special occasions like weddings, Birthdays, anniversaries, YorkRaces and for different types of work.
Why York?
Having York Hospital close by, we cater for Doctors and Nurses. Also friends and family visiting loved ones too. With York being a University City we also cater for friends and family who come to open days, graduations or just too simply visit their hard working students.
York has many varied attractions, events and festivals, including the very popular National Railway Museum, York Races, the many different events and concerts at the Barbican Centre and Theatres or just for its Historical places of history which are many. We have had a variety of people like; a Jazz Singer, Ghost Hunters, Art Collectors, Train Drivers,Clergy and just recently medieval re-enactors! Next month we have a sports journalist staying here while he covers the UK Snooker Championships at the Barbican Centre.
