Tariff

All our rooms have Flatscreen “freeview” TV/DVD, Radio/Alarm Clocks, Hot Drink making facilities and hair dryers, fresh milk in flaskes provided and we now have free WI-FI.

Room prices below are per person per night including breakfast.

Room Availability

Rooms are available from 14:00 on day of arrival and must be vacated by 10:00 on day of departure. If you would like to arrive earlier (after 1100) at Cumbria House just let us know.  We can take in your luggage, give you your key and we will place your luggage in your room when ready.  This will allow you to go earlier to visit our beautiful city.

Deposit

Deposits are £10 per person for stays of less than three nights ; £20 per person for stays of three night or more ; Deposits are non-refundable.

Cancellations

Bookings must be cancelled 48 hours in advance, and confirmed in writing. If cancellation is less than 48 hours a cancellation fee of 1 nights stay will be charged. With your reservation you make a binding contract with the Cumbria House. To protect your interest, should circumstances change, we strongly recommend you take out holiday insurance.
